Education & Training

My commitment to this profession is built on formal preparation:

  • Bachelor of Science in Health Administration — Strayer University, 2015. My healthcare education gives me a working understanding of medical environments, patient privacy, and the systems medical offices operate within — a real advantage for medical interpreting clients.

  • Intensive Medical Interpreter Training — 2016. Structured, specialized training in medical interpretation, beyond bilingual ability alone.

  • Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tennessee — currently enrolled, continuing to build on my education while operating the business.

Why I Do This

My wife of 21 years and our four children are my drive. Everything I build — this business included — is for them. That's why I treat every client's trust like it matters, because it does.

My Standard of Service

  • Accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable. Every job is confirmed in writing — service, rate, language direction, and duration — before it begins.

  • I represent my qualifications honestly. I hold intensive medical interpreter training, and I state my credentials exactly as they are — never claiming certifications I don't possess.

  • I know where my boundaries are. I interpret and translate what the parties communicate. I don't offer legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • You always work with me. No agency handoffs, no anonymous contractors — the owner does the work.

My Story

Hello, my name is Chayane C. Gonzalez Sr., and I’m the founder and owner of Gonzalez Language Solutions, LLC, based in Clarksville, Tennessee. I’m the first in my family to be born in the United States, the son of Dominican parents who came here in pursuit of the opportunities this country offers. I grew up with two languages and two cultures in the same household — and I learned early what it means when someone can't make themselves understood in the language a business speaks. That's the gap my company exists to close. Spanish isn't something I studied; it's the language of my family and my roots. English isn't something I'm translating around; it's the language of my home, my education, and my career. I move between both worlds naturally — and I bring that fluency to every client I serve.

Military Service

My military career took shape at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where I served here at home, including deployment to Iraq in support of operations there. Military service taught me the values I now hold as a business standard: professionalism, integrity, duty, and respect. You don't get second chances on clarity and precision in the military — and you don't get them in language services either. As a veteran-owned business, I hold every assignment to the same discipline: show up on time, do the job right, tell the truth about what I can and cannot do.
